UHP Cleaning Services

Do you want to get rid of the grease, mud, sludge, sand, cement and debris from your drill pipes, casings, tubings, process or production lines or drain line? Our ultra/high-pressure water jetting services can help you to achieve that. With our ultra-high pressure water jetting service, we can also remove silicon insulations from your subsea and production equipment like risers. We also do internal coating of your pipes after water jetting to avoid oxidation.

Pressure Test and Certification

Pressure testing is an engineering procedure to determine the safe operating range of any sealed containment system, such as a pipeline or fuel tank. At Vane Partners Ltd, we maintain a test facility to generate and contain pressures up to 30,000 psi. We can pressure test your equipment with either water or air as medium.

Vane Partners is capable of doing variety of testing services, such as hydro test, proof testing, leak testing and burst testing. We also offer small sample low-cycle fatigue tests to 10,000 psi.

Asset Refurbishment and Maintenance

Our asset refurbishment and maintenance services include surface chemical tank cleaning, underground chemical tank cleaning, internal and external blasting and painting of tanks, pipeline flushing / hydro wetting and coating, blasting and painting of pipeline OD, OCTG hydro cleaning and coating, riser blasting and painting; blasting and painting of offshore platforms and equipment. Rope Access

With our rope access service, we do installation, drop objects, bolting, maintenance and painting at height. Our Rope Access Technician (L111, L11 & L 1) use ropes and associated equipment to gain access to and from the work position, and to be supported there.

The advantage of using rope access methods mainly lies in the safety and speed with which workers can get to or from difficult locations in order to carry out their work, often with minimal impact on other operations, surrounding areas and the environment. Another major benefit is the reduction of the combination of the total man-hours and perceived level of risk for a particular task (man-at-risk hours) when compared with other means of access and their associated risks and costs.

The primary objective when using rope access methods is to carry out the work efficiently, with minimal accidents, incidents or dangerous occurrences. In order to ensure a safe system of work is maintained at all times, whilst avoiding damage to property or harm to the environment, careful planning and documented risk assessments are undertaken for each operation.

Water Jetting and Coating of Process Line

Our ultra/high-pressure water jetting services can help you get rid of the grease, mud, sludge, sand, cement and debris from your drill pipes, casings, tubings, process or production lines or drain line. NDT

Vane Partners NDT team have considerable expertise in NDT, equipment and component testing to support a network of industries; including construction, oil and gas, marine and structural steel sectors. Our highly qualified and experienced personnel ensure that we work to the highest attainable standards.

Our NDT services include

Ultrasonic inspection is a non-destructive test method that uses sound waves to detect cracks, weld grooves, fractures and defects in parts and materials. Electronic transducers transmit high-frequency sound waves to a material, these sound waves bounce back crystal-clear images, which reveal key characteristics about a materials properties.
Magnetic particle inspection(MPI) is a non-destructive testing (NDT) method used to check for surface and sub-surface discontinuities and defects. This method is used to test welds, castings, and forgings for defects; however, it can only be used on ferromagnetic metals, such as iron, nickel or cobalt and some of their alloys.
Liquid penetrant inspection is a widely applied inspection method used to locate surface-breaking defects in all non-porous materials (metals, plastics, or ceramics). The penetrant may be applied to all non-ferrous materials and ferrous materials, although for ferrous components magnetic-particle inspection is often used instead for its subsurface detection capability.
Eddy current techniques are commonly used for the non-destructive (NDT) examination to detect surface and near surface defects of a large variety of metallic structures, including heat exchanger tubes, aircraft fuselage, and aircraft structural components.
Visual inspection is a surface inspection technique that is typically the first step of the examination process. Visual inspection can be used to inspect a variety of product forms including castings, forgings, machined components and weldments.
Radiographic Testing (RT); this kind of NDT uses either x-rays or gamma rays to examine the internal structure of manufactured components identifying any flaws or defects.

In Radiography Testing the test-part is placed between the radiation source and film (or detector). The material density and thickness differences of the test-part will attenuate (i.e. reduce) the penetrating radiation through interaction processes involving scattering and/or absorption. The differences in absorption are then recorded on film(s) or through an electronic means. In industrial radiography there are several imaging methods available, techniques to display the final image, i.e. Film Radiography, Real Time Radiography (RTR), Computed Tomography (CT), Digital Radiography (DR), and Computed Radiography (CR).

There are two different radioactive sources available for industrial use; X-ray and Gamma-ray. These radiation sources use higher energy level, i.e. shorter wavelength, versions of the electromagnetic waves. Because of the radioactivity involved in radiography testing, it is of paramount importance to ensure that the Local Rules is strictly adhered during operation.

Fire & Gas Detection & Alarm Systems

VPL specializes in design, supply, installation, and maintenance of different fire alarm system that would give maximum protection to your facilities and assets in accordance with UL and EN standards such as NFPA72. This stems from our competence in choosing appropriate control panels, smoke detectors, heat detectors, point gas detectors, open path gas detectors and linear heat detectors or aspiratory systems for reliable and instantaneous detection of fire and gas incidents and for quick notification to occupants as necessary. We calibrate all types of gas detectors and portable gas monitors, as well as maintain these critical devices as required. Our fire and gas design extend to cause and effect matrix development and detector mapping.
